What I Learned Today...

I learned that you should always discharge yourself before you put gas in your car. Meaning, you should always make sure you don't have any static electricity (by touching something metal and shocking yourself) before you touch the gas hose. I saw this thing on TV about just one little shock to the gas hose can cause a big fire and sometimes explosion. Crazy..I know. I can't believe I didn't know this!

I learned that I have a jealousy issue I need to take care of. (you probably didn't need/want to know that but...I needed to get it off my back. If you know what I mean...)

I learned that air conditioning is a gift from heaven. (there was no air conditioning at camp! UGGG!!!)

I learned that the female Sumatran Rhino goes in heat for only 24hrs, once a month. Doesn't give you much time does it? LOL (if your wondering how or why in the world I knew that... Its cause I went to the Cincy zoo today and learned about animal conservation. And the Sumatran Rhino is extremely endangered.)

That Chinese people eat lots of spicy food and eat soup for breakfast. (We are having 3 Chinese people staying at our house for a few days.... in case you were wondering how I knew that."

What I Learned Today

Everyother day or so, I'll be adding a "What I Learned Today" post. It's pretty much just where I write something that I learned on that particular day. Most of them will, no doubt about it, be stupid stuff that most of ya'll already knew. lol So, here's my first one. I learned that what I call purple grapes, are actually called red grapes. And what I call green grapes, are actually called white grapes. See...I bet you already knew that huh?
